Barut B Suites

Our kids (3 years old and 6 years old) loved the activities - they could stay in the kids club 10am -12pm and 2pm to 5pm every day and had a nice disco after dinner. We also enjoyed the dry sauna and hammam, a variety of pools, ice cream, arcade games, green territory, and the turtle bridge.We came as two groups of people - my family and my parents. The receptionist offered us rooms next to each other, which was great.

The drinking water was distributed in small plastic bottles, which is not very convenient and a lot of plastic. It would be much better to have water refill stations/fountains around the territory instead.

The hotel is excellent and fully met all our expectations. It has the best beach among the neighboring ones, with perfect soft sand and a gentle entrance to the sea.The food deserves a special mention: there is something for every taste, and even a diet section with boiled chicken breast and steamed vegetables. The restaurant staff are simply outstanding: after just a couple of days, our waitress already knew better than me what type and how much wine I preferred with each meal. Needless to say, everyone is extremely polite and courteous. The level of service is truly exceptional!

We liked everything

Staff was amazing. The buffet was first class. Very clean facilities. Beach bar and beach area was very nice. Too many things to list, honestly, but overall it was an excellent stay.

The cocktails were not very good. I think the combination of bottom shelf alcohol and the syrups made them less than desirable to drink. The a la carte restaurant was a disappointment. The allergen labels were marked with peanuts at times when they didn't actually have peanuts, but some other type of nut. Which as someone who is deathly allergic to peanuts, was a bit stressful and frustrating at times. The couch was super hard. The gym could use a make over, most of the dumbbells didn't have the kg label because they're old and fell off. The bosu ball was flat. The silver plates and barbells were from the 80s or 90s probably.

Staff are not very friendly in general. I was given the wrong type of room (cheaper than the one I booked) and instead of an apology staff attitude was very bad, their only excuse was hotel is full. After some arguments they changed it. The new room (suite) was a lot better, first one (junior suite) had a bad smell in the bathroom.Be careful with mini club, for some activities they would try to charge you (afterwards as was my experience without being told from the start). While it's nowhere written that some need to be paid. The guy there also speaks bad English so difficult to communicate.There's a mosque nearby that will wake you up pretty early with the call to prayer. Try to get a room that doesn't face the mosque direction and make sure to have good ear plugs.

Generally speaking, good or very good hotel, food was also of a slightly higher standard for hotels of that kind; alcohol is included in the dinner:-)

Location is a bit too busy, lots of shops etc, but could be convenient for the love shoppers.A bit dar away from the beautiful heart of the Side old town.

Barut B Suites is an excellent facility very clean and friendly staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the experience. Kids enjoyed the slides and the friendly nature of the pools being from 0.30m- 1.4m deep. Parking for our car was available and convenient.

The variety of food provided is good, however the quality of some dishes was questionable. We would prefer to see better quality and less variety, so we are pleased we did not book all inclusive. We did use the restaurant buffet in the evening yet the same was true, less selection and better quality would have been appreciated. In particular the Orange Juice and Coffee at Breakfast (important to us) was very low quality. Whilst filtered coffee was available, the rather misleading beans to cup graphic on the automatic machine is a very low quality powder machine.In the evening whilst Beer and Wine was available, we were informed there was no 0% alcohol beer equivalent, which was a shame.I am sure Barut B Suites do there best to continually improve and these few changes would then make an excellent stay.

The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was tasty and well-prepared, making every dining experience a culinary adventure. The variety and quality of the dishes were commendable.The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire area was noteworthy. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for relaxation.What truly set this experience apart was the friendly and helpful staff. Every department went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their dedication to service was evident in their attention to detail and responsiveness to our needs.A special mention must be made of the animation kids club. Ayse and Canan, in particular, were fantastic. They created a fun and engaging environment that our daughter absolutely loved. Their efforts made our stay even more special.In conclusion, our experience was so positive that we are already planning our return. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to other families looking for a memorable vacation. Thank you for an amazing experience! We’ll definitely come back.

The room was very spacious with actually two rooms inside - one with the bed and one with the couch and kitchen. This allowed us to put our kid to sleep earlier and enjoy the evening time on the sofa.We also liked the swimming pools. Our kid enjoyed playing near the kids swimming pool of 30cm depth.On my birthday, we went to the hotel restaurant, had a very nice dinner and even got a congratulatory happy birthday cake!The all-inclusive buffet was very diverse, with fresh fruits and nice desserts, and main dishes changed all the time.

The cleaning team did not manage to clean our room on some days, which left us without extra water replacement.Water in the kids pools was quite fresh to our taste (but we still enjoyed it).

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area and rooms are spacious and clean. Recommend it.

Ordered only breakfast via booking and thought I might upgrade to all inclusive or buy some meals at the hotel... well that was not possible in reality as price for this service was extremely high. In hindsight I should have taken the all inclusive deal at when booking the hotel (as that extra cost was very low compared to the extra cost of just adding a few meals).

Practical size and layout. Grounds very well looked after. A range of pools for all ages. Delicious food every day. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We were absolutely amazed by the hotel, the services, the food and the people. The room was exactly what we needed with a small baby, spacious enough with all needed equipment, with comfortable bed and very clean. The food was very good, choice of drinks in all inclusive very wide. The all inclusive program overall is very good. But what most makes this hotel memorable is the staff, from the cleaning ladies to chefs, waiters and other people, to name a few like Suheda and Seda from bar or Birsen from the restaurant, all very professional, polite and always with a smile. I had always felt really welcomed there. We are definitely coming back and we are already looking for it.

Unfortunately, and this is not a fault of the hotel, the surrounding area may be quite noisy during the night. I believe there are some rooms in the hotel that do not suffer from it but unfortunately our room which was in the block C, facing northwest, had nighttime disco every night. Luckily, if you close the door and windows it’s not so horrible

Breakfast whilst not a UK Breakfast in the least was excellent in continental choiceLunch and Dinner were also excellent and the soup severed daily worthy of some note as was the Fresh Selection of Soft and Hard Fruits. Overall the Food is magnificent, what a feast for the eyes and a waiter on had to keep your wine glass constantly full of complimentary wine, no one or two glass here.The Bar Spirits / Turkish Tea and Coffees all really nice, the Turks actually make a nice Brandy and Whisky.The exceptional service from Birsten one of the many waitresses, she was just so attentive.

There was big selection of food and every day different selection, there was many different acitvities to do bery nice place.

Weather was bad, but it is not your fault :DIn a beach bar what belongs to Barun Suites there was very difficult to get something, I asked 3 times what we want, bartender only laughed and did not understund any words, we wanted to get a beer ice cream for children and a juice. If I went to the other bar where was many people they said they donät serve us, because it is not Barun Suites bar, so Last time i sent my husband to ask, and then they gave us what we asked, and he even said that is crazy how difficult is to ask something from the bar. Pools what was written had to be heated, but they were very cold. That is the reason I chosed that hotel because my children asked place where they can swim but they couldn't because water was very cold. In the nighttime there was very loudy in a near hotel, noise came to our balcony, but if we closed the doors, room were ok. Maybe kitchen area woud need some refreshment it seems very old. But after all i liked there.

Great choice for the breakfast, lunch and dinner.Everything was very clean.Great private beach and superclose.Entertainment program - all the dance groups, violin player and magic tricks were really impressive.We also enjoyed the sauna and the Turkish Sauna (hamam).We also tried for extra cost: massage + borrowing tennis rackets, both enjoyable.Special shout out to Malik for being very friendly and to our favourite twin sisters Gülsüm and Fatma who we befriended.

We've never been to a resort before, so we don't have a comparison, so there was nothing really to complain about. Some food items were meh, but there were always good options available.Some entertainment programs were meh, but then just go do something else.All-inclusive drinks were meh, but beer was good enough though watered down a bit.Coffee in the diner area was not good, but coffee was great in the basement cafe.I wish there was more jazzy/calm music at the bar/pool.

Very clean, well equipped, cose to the beach, lovely food, comfy beds, polite staff.

We went during half term and it was incredibly busy. The hotel had a very 'package holiday' cattle market type feel. The alcoholic drinks are poor quality wine and beer out of a tap. It can also be quite noisy till around 11pm at night. The surrounding area is a strip of mega big hotels along the beach and the beach was noisy and busy with music blaring most of the time from tourist boats. The beach was jam packed with sun loungers and people. This hotel is a bus ride away from Side old town.

I really like the architecture and outdoor design. The kids area is very conffy. Kids club, play ground and 2 kids swimming pools are close to each other. Big thanks to the kids club! Our daughters were really involved and excited about some activities and evening disco. ❤️?At the evening programme we liked only magician show. Food was tasty, not too much, but still big variety.

There is a lack of communication between personnel and guests. Till the end of our stay there I was not sure what was free for us and what was extra (never less we have had an "all inclusive" system, but on the realty "Not all inclusive")Some bedsheets were with holes and needs to be changed.Talking about everything programme, that would be really nice to see life music playing as it says at the programme and not just a singer with a background music. Please change matrasses, my back is still herting....
